As a Spares Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining Spares, Fasteners, and Consumables Kits - Build kits, prepare for mobilizations, inventory, and restock upon return, create PSRs as needed.
- Emptying the battery cabinet in the shop and transfer them the battery containers to the battery room. Inform the Facilities manager when battery containers are full and ready for pick up.
- Being able to interface with vendors, coordinate and confirm orders and stock levels, and ensure an adequate supply of needed items.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a high school Diploma/GED and 2-4 years of relevant Inventory, Materials, Operations, and/or Data Entry experience.
- Have strong experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems, or are willing to learn.
- Be able to plan ahead with production, this is very important when it comes to being the right fit.
- Have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs of material.
- Be willing to get trained in forklifts, pallet jacks, and others. Having previous experience is preferred.
