As our Senior Materials Planning Manager you will Introduce best practice and standardisation across SP&S to optimize inventory and ensure operational alignment with business KPIs. Leading a team of direct reports and demonstrating efficient collaboration with manufacturing, sourcing teams, sales and many other cross-functional stakeholders
As our Senior Materials Planning Manager - SP&S, you will also be responsible for:
- Conducting frequent cross functional interactions on strategic level to implement process improvements
- Being accountable for validation of slotting and materials availability, support schedule baselining and detailed execution assumptions throughout Bid to Execute process
- Leading and building on existing manufacturing planning and control processes. Setting strategic direction for planning and scheduling activities within the organization
- Leading site Materials Management teams through improvement initiatives across 5 critical materials processes (CPA)
- Leading long-term capacity planning, inventory and production control requirements. Managing master scheduling, material planning processes, master data and systems
- Ensuring adequate S&OP deliverables and actions surrounding high level resource expectations

- Have significant experience in Materials Planning ideally in a manufacturing, production, engineering or project-based environment
- Be adept at improvement initiatives and inventory optimisation including load capacity workload balancing and scheduling dynamics
- Work collaboratively and sensitively across global, geographical and cultural boundaries
- Show excellent all round communication skills
- Demonstrate an aptitude for leadership and the ability to influence
- Have a problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude
- Be effective at documenting, planning, marketing and executing programs
