Overview / Responsibilities Wood PLC is looking for recent Engineering Graduates who are eager to explore careers with asset performance, maintenance, and reliability management.
Opportunities include positions in Operational Management Services team, including development in maintenance development, asset health management, asset risk assessments, equipment surveillance, plant machinery, electrical power systems, instrumentation and controls, computer networks and systems, mechanical integrity and pipelines.
- Support the development and improvement of maintenance tasks, inclusive of Tasks Lists and Maintenance Strategies.
- Support the review and interpretation of engineering information (such as dwgs, functional, and technical specifications) for the creation of Asset Hierarchy Master Data.
- Support the development of Maintenance Data Development and analysis specific Work Instructions and Tasks Lists and the associated Master Data.
- The development, organization, validation and loading of master data, master data governance standards and processes.
- Participate in client workshops and reviews.
- Support the cataloguing Spare parts and assemblly of Bills of Materials, conduct Spares Parts Criticality Assessment and the devellopmentof Stocking Strategies.
- Participate and support equipment reliability related studies including RCM studies, FMEAs, FMECAs, Criticality Analysis, RCAs, maintenance performance, execution and cost efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Support the development project documentation such as procedures, standards, and analysis papers.
- Development of technical reports, and conduct/ participate in lessons learnt sessions.
- Identify specialist tools, spare parts and consumables details required for accompanying maintenance activities where necessary.
- Perform Data Analytics in suport fo maintenacne and Reliability Studies and Assessments.
- Planning and scheduling of routine and turnaround maintenance towards the optimization of maintenance resources.
- Participate in and/or lead risk assessments, hazard and operability studies, and incident investigations associated with ongoing operations, projects and propose changes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advances and changes to engineering standards.
- SUppoort the development of Regulatory and Performacne Stansards AAssurance Tasks
- Development and perform analysis toward the development of Condition-Based and Predictive Based Maintenance Strategies.
- Learn and ddesign Data Integration techniques and architecture for the enablement of Autonomous Maintenance Systems.
Skills / Qualifications - Minimum Qualifications:
About to receive or have received a bachelor's degree in Engineering within the last three years.
- Minimum Experience:
- 0-2 years industry eperience.
- Experience in Data Analytics and Machine Learning.
- Database Management and intefgration awareness and skills.
Job-Specific Skills:• Intellectually capable, can apply maintenance theory in a practical context.
• Familiarity or interest in reliability and maintenance processes including Criticality Assessment, Failure Mode, and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Awareness of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Master Data Objects.
• Strong analytical skills, inclusive of data analytics and machine learning techniques.
