Job Summary:
The Slickline Operator/Supervisor will start the career with local onboarding and training in Esbjerg. As a Slickline Operator/Supervisor you will be working as One Team, collaborating closely with the rest of the Reservoir Performance team and expanding your knowledge of intervention work. Collaborating with other functions and cross training to further develop is possible as you grown your knowledge over time.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meeting with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Ensure Individual and crew work safety
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.
• Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Education/Experience
- Prior experience with Slickline (Mechanical Wireline) is a requirement.
- IWCF 3 or 4
Personal Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Good English skills, both written and oral
- Basic Computer skills
