Job Description:

Qualification: Relevant university degree
English language-Level 4 
Experience: 5 years of experience in SHEM process and implementation

1) To participate in developing SAFCO management system 
2) Develop and update SHEM training materials applicable to EHSS Assurance section
3) Support in preparing incident analysis based on criteria such as status of implementation and investigation or recommendations causes of injuries
4) Participate in the preparation of EHSS Assurance section annual operational/ capital business plan
5) Conduct audits to gauge compliance to EHSS and develop strategies for improvement and identify high  value focus areas 
6) Follow up and track all SHEMS Audit findings/ NC's actions
7) Maintain safety performance record for Internal and external audits
