Job Description:
Education: Mechanical Engineering Degree, BS or equivalent
Experience: 5 years of experience in Petrochemical/Refinery Industry
Actively support the specific goal of assuring stationery assets/ piping remain fit for purpose until the projected end of field life dates by providing technical support
1) Engineering Service Request (ESR) study related to piping and all related components such as (spring supports, flanges, fittings)
2) Carry out Investigations and failure analysis to find out route cause and develop suitable recommendations that will ensure optimum level of Integrity.
3) Compliance to EHSS, Code of Ethics, and local regulatory requirements.
4) Technical Support for Plant Turnaround support review and during execution of repair related to piping and static equipment.
5) Ensure immediate technical support related to the mechanical Integrity of the static equipment's/ piping in case of plant emergencies
6) Carry out stress analysis for piping or review based on job requirements
