Primary Purpose of Job
Responsible for performing the technical duties associated with QatarEnergy's cloud migration, transformation, and operational activities. Implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for QatarEnergy's ICT and maintain cloud infrastructures in accordance with best practices and security policies.

• Bachelor's degree (required) and Master's degree (preferred) in Business Administration and/or Computer Science, or an appropriate Engineering/Business field.

Experience & Skills
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT environment, with least 5 years of demonstrated project/program management office / transformation management office and 5 years of IT strategy execution and governance within an Oil and Gas industry experience is an asset. • In depth knowledge and extensive experience of project/program management skills and delivering large scale IT projects/programs. • Must have the project management related professional certifications i.e., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner and SCRUM/Agile. Good to have strong knowledge of the EA practices and framework such as TOGAF. • Experience and proven ability interacting with project management tools i.e., Microsoft Project Online, Microsoft Planner, Primavera, ClickUp. Atlassian Jira, Smartsheet etc. • Operates independently using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives. • Excellent people management, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision-making skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and communicate with a multi-cultural and multi-national workforce. • Highly organized, multi-tasking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, with a record of accomplishment of presenting to senior management and executives with efficiency in handling ambiguous situations. • Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, ambiguous work environment. • Strong program management skills, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, frameworks, methodologies, processes, communication plans, success factors, KPIs, dashboarding and reporting to the C-level executives and ICT leadership
