Primary Purpose of Job
Plan, direct, and leads the FM Facilities Maintenance and multi-disciplined Engineering section and processes supporting the core business of FM - Facilities Services Divisions to ensure the delivery of necessary professional services to QatarEnergy at the required quality and safety standards and provides the most acceptable working environment for its employees and their activities and typically focuses on using best management practices to maximize performance, minimize operational costs while increasing productivity environment and ensuring that requirements for customers and asset integrity are met.

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with strong communicate/correspondence and computer skills. Master's in Engineering preferred.

Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 10 years in design / construction / maintenance of facilities / buildings / infrastructure / electricity / HVAC / waste management / water supply / environmental / roads works etc. including at least 7 years in a supervisory position. - Experience in heading contracts / admin / project / maintenance team. - Knowledge / exposure to budgeting and administrative procedures. - Excellent time management and priority setting skills.
