IRC223243 - PRODUCTION ALLOCATION & REPORTING ENGINEER
At Eni, we are looking for a Production Allocation & Reporting Engineer within Eni Mexico in Villahermosa (Tabasco), Mexico. You will be responsible for validating and verifying the production accounting reports generated by the field and control the uploading of this data into the existing company databases, ensuring the correct updating of crude oil, gas and water production reports and indicators, to deliver correct and timely the daily and consolidated production reports to the company management, partner companies and government entities (third parties).
As a member of the operations team at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and consolidating the production reports and data as per company requirements (in a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis) through a defined procedure for an accurate and timeliness delivery to internal and external customers
- Validating of the wells allocated production data to be submitted to Petroleum Engineering Dept.
- Reviewing and validating the production data generated and uploaded into the related databases of the company
- Supervising and monitoring the correct performance of AVOCET software for production allocation data.
- Analyzing accurately production variances, focusing on constant production follow-up, root causes, and production planning process.
- Controlling and supervising of production allocation systems and reports provided by vendors
- Verifying overall operational aspects required for an adequate work of "Allocation system" including metering and production data approval in order to confirm allocation system meets established standards in the industry.
- Ensuring an accurate monitoring, record and analysis of the hydrocarbons and water produced, treated, and exported / injected.
- Following up of Production budgets.
- Planification of the production forecast according to budget specifications.
- Planning and unplanning shutdown impacts analysis in the production budget.
- Production bottlenecks analysis
- Down time reduction strategies, monitoring and failure analysis
- Production optimization projects monitoring (advance trends).
- Feeding and managing internal production data base such as: BMS, PDMS, Edam and Power
- Responsible for ABEX - DECO updating inside BMS interacting with Head Quarter
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
- Engineering degree
- All the internal courses of BMS.
- Oil & Gas industry experience, also experience in Production Reporting and Monitoring.
- Previous experience with production allocation systems, preference for Energy Components.
- Oil & Gas surface production facilities trainings (preferred)
- Previous exposure in production planning allocation /hydrocarbon accounting role.
- Technical knowledge & professional skills:
- Management skills advanced courses
- Economics courses
- Petroleum Engineering course
- Bud risk and Downtime Company tools (for monitoring and analysis of production trend).
- Excel advance knowledge.
- English (C1) Required
Location:
Villahermosa (Tabasco), Mexico . travels at onshore and offshore facilities. Monday to Friday
Contract type:
Fix Term, 24 months
