We are recruiting a Credit Controller for our client based in Portlethen.
This is a temp to perm, part time role. Working hours 16 - 20 per week, spread over 4/5 days - flexible on this.
We require a part-time credit controller to take full responsibility for all credit control procedures and liaise/assist with the handling of customer queries.
Duties will include
• Chase outstanding debts by phone, letter or e-mail.
• Identify outstanding queries.
• Resolve queries escalating appropriately where necessary.
• Building relationships with customers.
• Assist in month end procedures where necessary e.g. sending statements and producing aged debtor reports.
Expereince
Previous credit control experience is essential, preferably with previous experience in the plant hire industry.
Sage 200 experience want be beneficial.
