As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in our daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on our production line. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Operating medium sized heavy equipment (e.g. Bobcat, man lift, forklift, trencher, etc.), providing general consultative supervision, toward predetermined goals and objectives.
- Interacting with peers, supervisor, and internal / external customers, providing advice to lower level team members on medium to large project
- Setting up, monitoring and operating various pieces of equipment associated with the manufacturing facility requirements
- Performing quality assurance activities as required by manufacturing/engineering specifications and ISO requirements
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant experience on CAD/CAM application applied to routing definition, fixture design and numerical control machine part programming.
- Hold a Technical Diploma
- Show experience as a Mechanical Operator for 5+ axis CNC turning, milling and welding machines.
- Display knowledge of ISO language for Numerical Control Machine programming.
- Be able to read, follow and interpret routine instructions
- Be a good team player and enjoy collaborating with others
- Demonstrate the ability to be proactive, flexible and a self starter
- Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
