Overview / Responsibilities Site Administrator - Ireland Based Wood Operations & Maintenance business have a requirement for site based Administration services to provide clerical support at our client project site in Ireland, we anticipate the scope of work will be available for a duration of 6 - 12 months.

Scope of services required: - Typing and formatting documents and reports
- Take messages where appropriate, and / or refer to relevant person or department
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, logging correspondence into project / department logs if necessary
- Answer telephone calls and routine queries
- Administer diary, organise meetings, accommodation, hospitality (where necessary)
- Booking of meeting rooms, equipment and catering as required
- Organise travel arrangements as required
- Data input, i.e. maintenance of various databases / logs for correspondence, expense reports, holiday charts, etc
- Set up and maintain filing, assist with file archival
- Photocopying, printing, scanning, collating, binding, and distribution of documentation
- Be a general contact point for staff / clients and receive visitors where appropriate
- General administrative tasks as and when required
- Assist with the booking and administration of site inductions

Expected: - Experience of working in a structured environment requiring the formal handling of documentation (desirable)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Word Excel and Powerpoint (essential)
- Ideally you will have a background in Refinery, Petrochemical or the Oil & Gas industry
- Able to use initiative in organising workload, although direction will be given by the Project Manager as necessary
- May be required to cover for other support staff during their absence
