Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for a Recruiter to be based in our Atyrau office in Kazakhstan on a permanent staff basis. There is an increased thrust to deliver our services for this growing market and, as a result, we're looking for a Recruiter to support our local and regional projects that continue to provide exciting opportunities for our global talent pool.
The successful candidate will be involved in world-renowned projects and you will have exposure to regional projects and opportunities to work with regional offices. There will also be oportunities to work with different functions such as Business Development, Commercial, Global Mobility and Finance.
- Strategise, coordinate, and follow-up on all recruitment activities for assigned business lines
- Build a strong talent pipeline for assigned business lines
- Build and maintain strong business partnering relationships with the various business lines
- Establish and maintain successful relationships with recruiting partners, educational institutes, community partners, search firms, temporary staffing agencies, professional associations, and other organizations that provide recruitment value
- Coordinate and attend recruitment events including job fairs, conferences, meetings and represent and effectively provide information about our organisation to interested attendees
- Conduct weekly requisition hiring activity audits to ensure complete and timely documentation
- Monitor and maintain integrity of requisitions on Applicant Tracking System to ensure the recruitment activity is accurately reported
- Provide day-to-day support regarding the recruiting process and Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure delivery of recruitment services, including meeting Recruiting Service Levels
- Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to understand requirements of positions within the area / region / business line and provide innovative solutions for sourcing candidates
Skills / Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in a resourcing role
- Creative and resourceful in talent sourcing and pipelining and experience with a global Applicant Tracking System
- Excellent Business Partnering acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong HSSE culture
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Willing to work and succeed as a team
- Self-directed and motivated
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas and/or EPC environment an advantage
