Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • Potential Annual Earnings
    • Heavy Truck Driver - Senior Heavy Truck Driver: $90,000 - $106,000/yearly
      • Average annual earnings is an estimation dependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time. Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
  • 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule *Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.*
  • Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employees relocating to the Fort Lupton, CO area.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports to and receives assignments, instructions, and direction from the Foreman or General Foreman.
  • Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities.
  • Operates company vehicles with capacity of up to 30 tons to move materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations in support of construction and maintenance activities and/or deliver operating materials and supplies from one warehouse to another.
  • Loads and unloads vehicles.
  • Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment, and assists during the operation of well logging equipment at job site.
  • Performs other duties and activities as directed.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement and able to drive a manual transmission.
  • Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges
  • Minimum of 6 months of heavy truck driving experience highly preferred.
  • Winter and mountain driving experience highly preferred.
  • Pneumatic trailer operation experience desired.
  • Able to communicate effectively with others.
  • Basic reading comprehension and writing skills required.
  • Able to pass background, physical and drug screen.
  • Able to lift up to 60lbs.
  • Able to pass background, physical and drug screen.
  • Able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions.
  • Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, long work days, and/or irregular work hours, be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weather conditions.
  • Maintains effective working relationship with other employees.
