Job Title: Surface Well Testing (SWT) Operator

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surface well tests in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Utilize various tools and software to collect and analyze data from well tests, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment, including test separators, flow meters, and pressure gauges, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain the safety and efficiency of testing operations, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other members of the drilling team to optimize testing procedures and achieve superior results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and effectively communicate test results to management and stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training in oil and gas operations preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surface Well Test Operator, demonstrating a strong knowledge of well testing techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with oil and gas industry regulations and safety standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work independently, exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in remote locations and travel as needed, embracing the adventurous nature of the industry.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the country of operation.
