Title
SR. ERM ANALYST (STRATEGY)

Primary Purpose of Job
Acts as part of the team reviewing, evaluating, and reporting risks in line with the QatarEnergy Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. Acts as focal point for assigned Directorates/ subsidiaries, supporting their identification and evaluation of key risks, and ensuring risks are captured in the QatarEnergy risk register. Conducts in-depth analysis of key risks in their area of assigned responsibility.

Education
University degree in a scientific, engineering, or economic/financial subject preferably at post-graduate level and/or with a relevant internationally recognised professional qualification.

Experience & Skills
• 10+ years of professional experience in a compliance/governance role in oil or gas, or a related process industry (refining, petrochemicals, chemicals), with at least 5+ years of direct experience in enterprise risk management. • Sound understanding of the oil & gas value chain and understanding of value drivers and key risks across the value chain. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build alignment across a diverse group of stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex concepts to key senior stakeholders in a confident and credible manner.
