- Able to use and analyze data to provide insights to policy owners highlighting existing risk areas as well as flagging potential risk areas and recommend mitigating actions on managing these risks (e.g., Manual audit)
- Periodically review existing insights using risk assessment methodology for effectiveness and efficiencies (e.g., SEPS analysis, loan mode and end of service requests)
- Builds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Provides clarity of policy to users and guidance/support to reinforce compliance
- Leads and supports process improvements and audit reviews. Ensures timely delivery of audit reviews, key initiatives, projects, migration, or implementation. (e.g., ERF creation, various audit requests)
- Works with Assurance Team Manager in developing comprehensive compliance audit reports to be presented to the management and key stakeholders with the aim of (1) influencing changes in the policies; (2) highlighting potential cost savings; and (3) escalating potential misuse of Shell's asset. (e.g., EC reporting, metrics, and G&H reporting)
