As CP/SC Analyst for Data , you are expected to: - Gathers data, analyses and reports findings. Gathers data using existing formats; resolves disputes and acts as an SME, first escalation level.
- Conducts analyses to solve relatively standardized or repetitive information and data queries/problems.
- Works within a limited variety of well-defined procedures and practices (not necessarily standardized) and is supervised on progress and results by manager. Works autonomously within this defined scope, directly supporting management and specialists.
- Supports stakeholders in understanding analyses / outcomes, guides based on basic data analysis. Interaction with others demands influencing and persuasion in a tactful manner to obtain and understand the background of information.
- Identifies shortcomings in current processes, systems and procedures and makes suggestions and gives input to improve existing methods, systems and procedures.
Key Experiences and Qualifications:- Ideally, someone who has experience in ERP systems (SAP), PowerBI, Material Master Data, etc.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, and able to interact and influence others
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and ensure delivery of priorities, work without close supervision, work through others to deliver result
- Ability to deal effectively with complexity and detail, and to collaborate and work well in a team
- Self-starter and ability to manage diverse cultural/ethnic sensitivities
- Strong results and achievement orientation, moving with speed in a fast-paced macro business environment
- Demonstrated curiosity on being business-backward, customer/user centricity, or CP/SC may be an advantage
- Experience across Data and familiarity with CP SC (materials management, warehouse, inventory etc) preferred
- Technical engineering background and experience preferred
