The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that BHGE maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the assigned jobs. In addition, this position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure BHGE executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
  • Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
  • Scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
  • Being the primary contact for clients for job preparation, execution, and closeout, and managing the relationship to ensure business success.
  • Knowing the assigned client's process to ensure the proper process procedure when there is a risk of not achieving the goals.
  • Making the prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery.
  • Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely cash collection.
  • • Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.

 


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

 

 

 

 

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Have a solid technical and operational knowledge of equipment and type of operations.
  • Have experience working with multiple internal teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Have experience with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
  • Have extensive experience and understanding of oilfield operations and services.
  • Have an intermediate level of English.
