As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and improvement of processes critical to measurement instrumentation manufacture. In addition, the qualified individual will support ongoing manufacturing operations and new product introductions in both standard and special product offering.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring fully compliance to company regulations and EHS requirements. Being Familiar with API 6A, VGS, requirement of testing fixture (705).

• Supporting in ITO (Inquiry to Order) processes to produce accurate client quotations, variation orders for reimbursable work.

• Evaluating new assembly and CNC project on special equipment, testing fixtures & assembler skills to make sure smooth ITO to OTR.

• Leading important projects from ITO to OTR, ensuring smooth transition and well execution to meet OTD, quality and productivity.

• Coordinating with functional departments to improve quality/FPY of in-house make parts, monitor the process to eliminate complaint & improve the process.

• Building up robust SOP in QMS system to meet API requirement and manufacturability review.

• Developing a maintenance plan for high valuable tools & equipment to ensure all equipment to be used correctly and safely.

• Driving improvements on process to meet the efficiency/quality requirement. Optimizing existing process to keep continue improvement.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be majored in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or a related field of Manufacturing or Engineering, and have relevant experience.

• Have the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

• Be excellent in interpersonal communication, facilitation & influence, written and verbal communication skills.

• Have process development and improvement experience.

• Have working experience in the engineering industry, be familiar with assembly and gas/hydro test.
