Job Description
Business Process Analyst is responsible to acknowledge the issues and understand the flow of process and fix the issues. Primarily working for Eastern Hemisphere countries and will be part of a DevOps team to support the payroll system. The analyst works as a SQL Server Developer for the development and support of critical business applications by developing the stored procedures, writing SQL scripts, troubleshooting, fault fixing, and code re-write etc. Business Process Analysts are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. The ability to work under pressure and to deliver solutions ensuring accuracy/Compliance and should be well balanced with a strong service-oriented attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving data issues
- Work with clients to understand what they need from a support standpoint and build data models when necessary
- Participate in discussions involving the application creation and understand the requirements and provide the back-end functionality for the application
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors or master's degree
- 8 to 10 years' experience in SQL DB
- Excellent command of English required (verbal and written)
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving data issues
- Strong experience working on SQL Server database development and data manipulation; developing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Must have a detailed understanding of RDBMS principles, database design, development, and normalization. Experience working with SQL Server 2008/2014 development
- Experience using T-SQL best practices and development standards. Experience creating database objects such as Tables, Views, Stored Procedures, Functions and more
- Ability to create new databases from scratch
- Develop reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Understanding and support experience on C# /ASP.Net framework
- Excellent communication skills
- Working Experience in HR/Payroll Domain
- Develop reports in SQL Server Analytics Service (SSAS)
- Design, Develop and Deploy SQL Server Integration Service (SSIS) Packages
- Experience in the SQL administration works such as creating and monitoring Jobs, Replications, database Backup & Restore, data migration, Security Admin, integrity checking and optimization, Schema Design, Microsoft Clustering services (MSCS) knowledge- Install/Configure, Log-shipping, and Mirroring and Trouble shooting
