The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Executing the HSE 5 fundamentals every day, every job, every task
  • Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution, and closeout, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes
  • Sitting in-house full-time at customer office when contractually obligated
  • Reviewing customer objectives and requirements
  • Ensuring alignment of equipment resources for jobs and activities with the required assets, critical spare, and components
  • Conducting job briefing during planning and debriefing after closing for every job/activity
  • Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure that the execution of the job is in line with customer and Baker Hughes' requirements
  • Monitoring and managing incidents and unplanned changes during execution
  • Reporting incidents and manage communication with customers and internally
  • Managing the process for Management of Change (MOC) approval/escalation to ensure that the proper process is followed
  • Using Job Center as the main plan and execution tool for all job/activities and compliance with intelligent Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC)
  • Managing personnel resource plan, forecast, and assignation
  • Managing competence, training, and development for field personnel
  • Being in Compliance with Job Center use and complete adherence to intelligent Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC)
  • Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in the intelligent Manage the Job Cycle (iMtJC) across organizational boundaries
  • You may have direct reports (Field Specialist)

  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering

 

  • Have at least 3 years of experience of Technical background in Artificial Lift/ESP.
  • Travel to remote locations 25%-50% of the time, this position will require to travel and adopt to other time zones as needed.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have an excellent operational background.
