Overview / Responsibilities

The CRM Coordinator role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their company's CRM system, including creating and updating records, conducting weekly meetings with the Business Development teams to ensure data integrity is maintained. The CRM Coordinator will assist in training other employees on how to use the software effectively.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strong pipeline accurately maintained to support leadership reporting.

 


Summary of Responsibilities include:

 

 

  • CRM - Ensure accuracy of data in system through reporting and communicating with Wood Consulting users
  • Maintain responsible follow-through
  • Training - CRM training for all new users and refresher for existing users
  • Reporting - preparing, collating and maintaining power bi dashboards that are linked to CRM and sales performance.

 


More detailed responsibilities:

Coordinator Role for CRM - Responsible for the creation, maintenance and integrity of the data in our CRM system across the Americas Region and associated Business Groups.

Reporting - preparing, collating and maintaining PowerBI dashboards that are linked to CRM and sales performance.

Training & Coaching

 

 

  • Updates to CRM training material and all other procedural documents
  • Training new users and providing refresher training as needed
  • As part of the Roll Out to Wood, train the new Coordinators, Super Users and standard users


Administrative

 

 

  • Enter opportunity/prospect data in CRM
  • Manage the opportunity pipeline effectively and ensure that all opportunities are reflective of their stage in the opportunity life cycle.
  • Conduct and participate in sales and proposal meetings on a weekly basis to ensure CRM data is accurate
  • Requests for adding new users

 

  • Closing opportunities that have been won in accordance with CRM guidelines.
  • Manage the Collaboration/Workshare Opportunities
  • Become part of the CRM Support Team as a super user.
  • Add new account records
  • Manage the duplicate entry detection process

 


Skills / Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Microrsoft Dynammics CRM or Salesforce experience required
  • Power BI Experience required.
  • Mininmum of 2 years experience in an equivalent role.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, required

 

  • MS Dynamics Certified preferred but not essential.
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency is required. Skills

  • Strong organizational, coordination, problem solving and multi-task skills
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills Character
