Where you fit inYou will be a part of Integrated Resourcing particularly the Resourcing Delivery Team supporting Shell's global businesses across the Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East, and North Africa.
What's the role?As an experienced Sourcer, you will be a global individual contributor where you will act as the resourcing delivery expert and will look after the external recruitment activities in Asia Pacific and Europe. You will be responsible for identifying candidates with highly specialized skills to fill current and future demands. You will directly report to the Resourcing Delivery Lead and work closely with Recruiters and the business in finding the best external talents in your country cluster.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with the business to proactively identify future hiring needs
- Proactively source, and map the external market for both active and future vacancies Maintain and update the candidate database to facilitate mapping to understand competitive landscape
- Attend a Job Brief Meeting (JBM) together with Recruiter and Hiring Manager to better understand the role requirements, discuss timelines, and resourcing strategies
- Revise job description and ensure it is inclusive and able to attract diverse experienced professionals
- Create and post external requisitions on the Shell Careers website, LinkedIn, and relevant job boards as necessary to pool external candidates for current open and future positions
- Review candidate applications in Workday and create a shortlist to share with Recruiter and/or Hiring Manager
- Build and maintain external talent pipelines in Shell Talent Community
- Be an ambassador for Shell's Employee Value Proposition
What we need from you?Alongside your bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, you are/will have:
Must Haves:
- Well versed in the Sourcing process: Planning, Strategy Development, Proactive Sourcing/Talent Mapping, Screening, Interviewing, and Endorsing
- Relevant recruitment and/or sourcing experience in resourcing for either Corporate, Legal, and/or Engineering roles
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skill
- Strong decision-making skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in resourcing for roles across Asia Pacific and/or Europe
- Proficient in Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature, and Power BI
