SLB are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join a dynamic team in the oil and gas industry, with a specific focus on cementing operations. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service and solutions.

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for our customers in cementing operations, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the engagement process.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the oil and gas industry, with a specific focus on cementing operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cementing techniques, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.
