Our engineered solutions for pipeline Pre-commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for the oil and gas (We don't deal with power generation, Metals and mining)
Partner with the bestAs a Field Specialist, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the monitoring of the operational status of field equipment at Pipeline sites to ensure reliability and availability
- Supporting external customers and cross-functional teams at plants and Pipeline sites to provide technical knowledge and direction as needed
- Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in operations and maintenance.
- Maintaining records and communications as required by management.
- Working under minimal supervision receives little instruction on day-to-daywork, general instructions on Pipeline site and shop activities.
- Coordinating mobilization of equipment and personnel and field execution of their work scopes in accordance with HSE procedures and job specific requirements.
- Acting as the first line of client representation on site and ensuring the proper utilization of resources to meet the operational objectives of the work scope.
- Ensuring that all workers are aware of safety obligations and enforcing safe practices in line with Baker Hughes standards.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
- Be a good team player with ability to work independently
- Have 4-5 years of experience in Pipeline Pre-commissioning
- Have extensive experience in Oil & Gas industry.
- Possess a general understanding of US DOT regulations
- Possess a Passport or be eligible to obtain one.
- Have a Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent.
