There may be exceptional circumstances that lead to a position not being reviewed for grading purposes. These positions will be shown as "Ungraded Not To Be Evaluated". The following positions do not require a job evaluation:
• Administrative duplicates (e.g. related to relocation, absence coverage etc.)
• Interns (short periods of assignments, relating to those from educational institutes).
In general, project positions are intended to be reviewed and assigned a job grade. Only if the following apply may such positions be marked as "Ungraded Not To Be Evaluated":
• The intended duration should be for fewer than 18 months (and will not be extended)
AND
• The position is not covered by existing job descriptions or job ladders, or the scope is difficult to assess and likely to change significantly throughout the project.
