Partner with the bestAs a Services Site Lead, you'll provide proactive care for our customers' machinery and the condition monitoring systems.
As a Services Site Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Executing the scope of SSA profitably, safely, with integrity to the customers' satisfaction, and to ensure agreement renewal and evolution.
- Focusing on helping the customers improve the performance of their operation, and the health of the customers' machinery and instrumentation assets.
- Developing and communicating customer value stories that will promote learning within the Bently Nevada business.
- Working closely with Sales Team to bring new opportunities and to keep up to date on new applications.
- Documenting the activities executed using the tools built into the SSA Web Portal, the standard reporting tools.
- Tracking the KPI for the SSA contracts, and drive communications both with the customer and internally with the Bently Nevada team.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor in engineering, or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management.
- Have Turbomachinery, Rotating Equipment Machinery diagnostics experience and ISO VCAT Certificate
- Have good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
- Salary range: 110K-130K AUD Annual
