Baker Hughes is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Plant Leader in Claremore, OK. As a Senior Manufacturing Plant Leader, you will be responsible for:
  • To Manage an overall production facility in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety. Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards. Team management of salaried employees.
  • Conduct frequent interactions on strategic level due to complex long term planning activities and/or complex long term sales processes with high degrees of customization.
  • Handles very complex manufacturing processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles, required technical know-how, value of assets or scale of production.
  • Leads a big manufacturing unit. Unit consistent of several departments and/or dispersed manufacturing departments. Budget is > $ 15 million.

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Plant Management
  • Have working experience with lean six sigma
  • Have experience managing a P&L
