As an experienced Machine shop operator, you will be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions as well as procedure manuals. Some of your daily tasks will include the following:

 

  • applying basic concepts of algebra and geometry
  • calculating and setting controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle of cut, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media
  • training machine shop personnel on shop processes and projects

 


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will know how to set up, monitor and operate various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing.

Further more, you will be able to:

 

 

  • operate classic TOS SV 18 RA and TOS SUI 80
  • have experience using NC HEIDENHAIN
  • demonstrate knowledge of using NC lathe - necessary
  • demonstrate knowledge of geometrics, dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)
  • be fluent in Slovak language (a must!)
  • responsible and independent person
  • willing to work shifts including Saturdays (if needed)
