The duties of the FLC Document Controller will be that of managing submittal documentation requirements according customer purchase order, preparing the documentation list related to customer purchase order, ensuring submittal and approval by the customer, the compilation of Data Books to meet both Cameron's and the Customer's timelines.
The position reports directly to the FLC Product Manager. The role requires professionalism, accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication skills, while interacting with various departments within Cameron and Customer Representatives. The coordinator will be based in the FLC Document Control department in Cameron Romania, Campina plant.
SLB is a world leader in the manufacture of wellhead, christmass tree, choke valves, actuators, s.o. for the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review customer orders and determine/agree the contractual requirement for submittal documentation.
  • List / drive project documentation requirements as per customer PO.
  • Expedite internal departments to ensure timely submittal of all required documents.
  • Submit the project documentation in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Track project documentation package until contractual requirements for a particular order are satisfied.
  • To maintain project documentation data base and update periodically.
  • Observes all company's policies regarding the quality management system requirements.
  • Any other duties as specified by supervisor/manager.
  • Responsible for complying with all Health Safety and Environment requirements.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Key Experiences and Knowledge Required
  • Technical/Economical/Oil & Gas University degree could be an advantage.
  • Fluent in English language, demonstrate the ability to read, write and speak clear English language.
  • Strong systems experience, MS Office is essential and knowledge of an ERP system.
  • SAP knowledge could be an advantage.
  • Previous experience negotiating and communicating with customers would be beneficial.
  • Data analysis, problem solving, and decision making could be an advantage.
