Wood is currently recruiting a Summer Intern to join our Growth & Development (G&D) Services team in Houston, Texas. As a G&D Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the department with presentations, company collateral for use in proposals and other administrative needs. The selected intern will gain diverse experience and develop knowledge of multiple market sectors, clients and global service offerings while learning best-in-class proposal and business development practices across our business.

Responsibilities
- Edit and format presentations, experience lists, resumes, etc..
- Assist in the coordination and assembly of materials for client presentations and interviews.
- Assist in the maintenance of experience data on current and past projects
- Assist in staff resume updates.
- Perform other administrative duties, and tasks as required for this role.

Preferred qualifications include:
- Undergraduate studies in business, journalism or marketing preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of tools with emphasis on InDesign preferred
- High attention to detail
