The Wireline Wellsite Supervisor Trainee assists and supports Field Engineers and Field Specialists to provide service delivery with flawless service quality with no Health, Safety and Environment incidents in accordance with policies, standards, and procedures. The Wellsite Supervisor trainee will provide technical support for downhole and surface equipment. They assist with wellsite customer & drilling contractor engagement and assist in equipment/tool maintenance. They have a comprehensive oversight of risk management and ensure systematic usage of standard work and risk management. Responsibilities
- Complete equipment calibration and wellsite integrity checks.
- Ensures equipment compliance according to logging programs.
- Condition equipment / logging tools for agreed acquisition program.
- Participate in all pre job meetings and job debriefs.
- Use business system to capture data from the field.
- Manage any deviation from the job program through proper management of change.
- Manage and escalate service quality incidents.
- Complete job package and job closure.
- HSE/SQ event reporting and participate in event investigations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Technical college diploma.
- 1-to-2-year Wireline or related oil field experience preferred.
- Class 5 license with clean driving record.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
