About this role
SLB has an opening in Bogota, India for a Business Process Analyst, who will be responsible for working with Human Resources Design team for deployment and sustaining of our SuccessFactors Employee Central to Rest of the World.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Domain Sustain teams to ensure all issues raised concerning approvals are resolved and controls relating to Financial Control Activities (FCA) are maintained in the workflows
- Facilitate process or design improvements in Approver Derivation engine (VAN) for simplification, flexibility and efficient maintenance
- Engage with Development team for any design changes
- Coordinate and perform Testing and Validation exercises on all testing for new developments
Qualifications and Requirements
Essential qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance domain with experience of at least 2-3 years in General Accounting
- Expert End-User experience in SAP Finance modules
- Detail-oriented with strong skills in researching, analyzing and troubleshooting problems, identifying solutions, recommending and implementing methods, procedures and/or techniques for resolution
- End-User experience in SAP
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to develop and maintain effective professional relations with colleagues at all levels across the organization; ability to integrate actions toward objectives
