As part of this team, you will sit at the centre of the Core Platforms, a 50+ member strong organization growing within Fleet Solutions, partnering with the Product Line Managers and Senior Delivery Architects to enable technical integration of products and manage critical engineering resources for the overall Fleet Solutions Core Platforms team.

What's your role

As a Technical lead, you'll be responsible for: Requirements include:
  • Provide key design and team leadership for technical integration and service functionality in GFN solutions.
  • Analyze technical requirements and produce suitable specifications.
  • Derive and document highly scalable API, data, and system integration solution architectures.
  • Ensure high-quality outcomes in technical fit, resilience, security, compliance, and efficiency across relevant environments.
  • Ensure repeatable and predictable delivery, deployment, and operation of integration solutions through collaboration with DevOps and environment specialists.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor other integration specialists.
  • Work within an agile delivery methodology as part of a wider team.
  • Responsible for hiring, staffing, capability and talent building, and division of labour collaboration across the Integration and other Fleet Solution product teams.


What we need from you
  • Bachelor's degree holder with 10+ years of experience in Engineering organizational design for cloud-based product development, delivery, and operations.
  • Familiarity with modern software development tools like GFN, Azure, APIs, Microservices, Card platforms/ Fleet cards, to name a few
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Developer or architect experience is a plus
  • Experienced in owning discovery and delivery for software products and building custom team structures
  • Comfortable with Agile, continuous integration, extreme development, and test-driven development approaches
  • Expertise in working with third-party vendor systems, familiarity with modern software development tools, and subject matter expertise in the electricity sector desired - Fleet Solutions, Portfolio Companies, Renewable energy markets
