- Demonstrable minimum 10+ years of experience in major Oil & Gas industry with experience in related field
- Good knowledge of SAP and other project control tools usage required.
- Basic exposure to engineering digital solutions such as 3D modelling, mobility solutions
- Responsible for leading the monitoring and controlling function of the Engineering & Construction portfolio.
- Manage contracts, systems and process for Engineering and Construction Department through effective collaboration with
Functional Engineering, Operations Discipline Area, Production Optimisation, Contracts & Procurement, Finance and
other Engineering and Construction teams
- Leading & managing effectiveness / capability of planning functions & tools such as SAP, Sciforma & Primavera to provide more analytical or risk assessed data, as may be required by various stakeholders.
- Lead the implementation of planning, review, control, start-up execution and closeout processes.
- Ensure the E&C community is trained and comfortable with the changes to the process & system
- Support the department's digitalization and automation initiatives by creating Power BI.
- Engage and drive project controls process improvement activities.
Manage the business planning and prioritization process to finalize the budget and project rolling forecasts.
- Managing and controlling projects using various KPIs and dashboards. Evaluating project status and highlighting any
issues early to the stakeholders and management

Overall yearly budget of E&C entity is 80-150 MUSD.
