Under general supervision, performs the services of the product service line on customer locations. May perform as a one-man service crew and/or supervise other employees at customer's location. Routinely works in more than one type of well site as assigned by Service Coordinator. Coordinates and oversees Product Service Line (PSL) functions at the well site. Routinely participates in high profile projects. Job tasks impact indirectly on cost, efficiency and profitability. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Skills typically acquired through completion of high school diploma or similar education. Must be assessed as competent at the Service Supervisor/Specialist II level in one strategic PSL and at the Service Supervisor III level in a second strategic PSL. Must possess the ability to review job plan to confirm best practices are followed and that proposed job plan will meet customers' expectations. Ability to communicate with other PSL's, and third parties, to ensure tool compatibility is required. Ability to demonstrate pressure testing of equipment safely and interpret Tool Engineering Drawings is required. Must be qualified as a Competency Assessor and mentor, or be qualified to conduct Field Service Quality / Halliburton Management System (HMS) audits. Excellent leadership, behavioral and communication skills are required. Must have successfully completed Customer Service Workshop, Diversity Training. Ability to explain the local HMS process for Prepare Resources and use Correction, Prevention and Improvement (CPI) System to document problems encountered or ideas for improvement is required. Good computer skills are required to include Excel, SAP, Word.
