IRC222674 - OPERATIONS INTERFACE SUPERINTENDENT
At Eni, we are looking for an Operations Interface Superintendent within Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. in Onshore Aksai, Kazakhstan . You will be responsible for providing guidance to dedicated Operations resources functionally reporting to Operations & Assurance .
As a member of the plant coordination team at Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. you will be responsible for :
- Leading the Operations Interface Engineer and Contractors to review engineering design documentation related to Operations including project philosophies and verify its compliance with KPO standards and best practices;
- Ensuring that KPO operations requirements have been captured by Major projects along Project phases;
- Leading Process Operating Guidelines (POGs) scope of work and ensure approval by relevant Field Operations Team;
- Ensuring that Statutory and Technical Vendor Trainings are arranged, scheduled and executed;
- Assisting the Integrated Commissioning and Start-Up Team on the activities to be carried out during Commissioning and Start-Up phases with a focus on checks to be carried out for ensuring future equipment operability;
- Ensuring design documentation is submitted to KPO Operations for expert review and approval;
- Managing the Readiness Review Matrix as tracker to AC01 and ACO2 milestones achievement in Focus/Strategic Projects, in compliance with the Project to Asset Transfer plan requirements.
- Participating to meetings, peer reviews, assist, workshops, Assurance events as required;
- Providing operational inputs on Project initiatives developed within Field Facilities Modification (FFM) and General Projects (GPD);
- Supervising the preparation of the Start-Up, Operations and Shutdown manuals, Performance Test procedure and arrange the Start-Up on Paper Exercise for Field representatives before Start-Up of the Facility;
- Revising existing Operations Readiness and Assurance related procedures, in line with Company Project Management System and Operations Management System;
- Ensuring that Lesson learned from previous Projects are applied to the current Project Activities and gather Lesson learned resulting from the ongoing Projects.

- Holder of the position of Operations Interface Superintendent should have:
- University degree or higher in the relevant field
- work experience in the lead specialist positions as per qualification
- Good knowledge of upstream operations, in fields with relevant issues, such as high H2S content.
- Corporate Health, Safety and Environment Policy of venture, and apply to company's Safety Management Systems.
- basic of RoK and international codes, regulations and standards relating to health and safety, environment.
- Necessary has contributed to success in major projects in international and/or remote settings.
- Good understanding pf technical reporting system.
- Understand sensitivity and complexity of delivering business within a complex joint venture and the RoK.
