At Eni, we are looking for a CHEF DE SERVICE MATERIEL within Groupement Eni/Sonatrach in Onshore, Algeria. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical company-procured equipment and materials assuring that they meet contractual quality specifications and project delivery requirements.
As a member of logistics team at Groupement Eni/Sonatrach you will be responsible for :
- Supporting purchasers in the definition of material and equipment procurement plan
- Kick-off meeting with suppliers' participation
- Monitoring supplies highlighting any possible deviations from contractual technical specifications and schedule taking immediate actions to solve anomalies
- Inspectors/expediters coordination
- Material and equipment expediting
- Material and equipment report preparation
- Material and equipment release for payment
- Monitoring material and equipment shipment to assure delivery according to project requirements
- Providing to purchasing department all the necessary information to define and manage contract penalties (if any)
- Providing feedback to purchasing department on supplies/suppliers
- Managing the material tracking, delivery, and storage process.
- Procuring material and equipment compliance with contractual technical specifications and project/contract delivery requirements
- material and equipment shipment to assure delivery according to project requirements

- Secondary Level Technical Education
- Engineering degree preferred
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Intermediate knowledge of the local language preferred
- Oil & Gas Industry experience

- E&P SW Use & test (Generic)
- Economics General (Generic)
- Contracting (Generic)
- Specialist Knowledge: Engineering knowledge in the specialist activity
- Organization Processes: Company / Corporate organization, Internal Standard, Project Management process, Work team management methodology, "Internal client" organization process, Documentation management, Site Management, Site Materials and equipment organization, Project Procurement Management, Contracting Strategy, Contract Management
- Supports and technologies: Standard ISO, TQM and Quality system, technical requirement and Standard, Information Integrity System and information process support SW
- Compliance: Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Agreement
- Plant Design: Contractor's Documentation
- Project Management: Project Management methodologies and techniques
