  • Under broad direction, responsible for working with the Product Development & Commercialization process of an assigned project
  • Coordinates the cross-functional resources required to realize the full value of a new product introduction
  • Conducts internal training on a new product and develops training plan and documentation - may include international travel
  • Establishes communication and support networks, develops, and implements external communication plans
  • Develops commercialization plans, target customers, and EVC and case histories
  • Provides operational and sales needs and input to focused product development (FPD) on FBM deployment and marketing plans
  • Coordinates FPD, manufacturing, and deployment actions, implements performance measures system, and creates enthusiasm for new product
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks software and its various features and functions.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials used in product design.
  • Multi-Stage cementing, packers, liner hangers and completions tools experience is preferred.
  • Requires an undergraduate degree and detailed technical knowledge and application of products in the PSL, and company-required training
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oil and Gas BD, operations and/or technology
  • Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from the Product Champion up to the Senior Product Champion
