Wood is currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Engineer to be based in Corsico (Milan).
Responsibilities:
- Assist QA Manager in the preparation of reports
- Assist in the management of Management system documents in the Group portal
- Prepare status tables and reports for Management system documents
- Know the Wood Management System
After a period of induction and training of the job the objective is to start to perform activities for contracts as follows:
- Prepare the Project Quality Plan
- Prepare and audit schedule
- Perform audits
- Close and expedite the findings
- Upload the findings in the Corporate Database
- Prepare a monthly status of Findings
- Talk to the Client Counterpart (if needed)
- Assist the project manager in the Preparation of the PEP
Skills / Qualifications
- MSc in Engineering
- Italian & English fluent written and speaking
- ISO 9001 skills
- Good skills of using Microsoft tools (excel, word, power point )
- Good organisation skills to define priorities and plan activities
- Leadership skills to work in a multiculture organisation
- Proactiveness to identify challenges and overcome them
- We evaluate either graduates or engineers with short experience in engineering companies
