The Sales & Marketing Training Program provides extensive exposure to the Surface Business Line, the field, and customers. The trainee will participate in a 3-year fixed step-rotational training program that provides exposure, experience, and expertise. These rotations include experience in the shop, field, operations support, and formal classroom training. Upon completion, the trainees will assume a role as a Sales Representative. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Execute service delivery to the customer.
  • Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
  • Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
  • Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance.
  • Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
  • Maintain the required safety training.

 

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology or equivalent
  • Graduated in the last three years - This is an Early Career Program and will follow a fixed step training program.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Position requires candidate to live in or near designated sales territory.
  • Knowledge of oil and gas is a plus.
  • Ability to work outside in the field environment.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
