Piping Engineer



Location: Madrid, Spain

Duration: 12-month renewable contract

Start Date: ASAP



The Role:

Reporting to the engineering manager, the piping engineer will be responsible for the design changes, monitoring the engineering and procurement performed by the contractors, providing a detailed review of the vendor systems, and procedures including but not limited to the quality plans, and piping aspects.

Requirements:

  • You hold a minimum of 15 years of experience within the petrochemical or oil & gas industry.
  • Proven experience with layout and 3D model reviews (ideally with Hexagon Smart 3D).
  • Knowledge of Belgium piping and regulation laws.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Willing and flexible for travel.
