Team Recruitment are looking for a Shift Supervisor to mobilise in Montrose on the 9th of May to assist with a Plogh Project. This is an ad hoc role, 10-2- days work.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for:

  • Direct supervision of the work scope in accordance with the approved operating procedures
  • Directing the vessel crew during ploughing activities, including plough launch and recovery and route clearance operations
  • Planning the daily work activities supported by the Project Engineer
  • Creation, submission and review of project required Permit to Work on vessel
  • Update Client on planned activities to allow infield permits to be created
  • Carrying out and recording shift handovers and toolbox talks
  • Maintaining the daily log of activities

The Shift Supervisor will have had previous experience in this role and will be highly experienced in ploughing operations showing competence in maintaining vessel heading in control of the plough movements, and must hold GWO certification.
