SHORT AND MEDIUM- TERM PRODUCTION PLANNING
- Identify the forging availability for the order
- Work Order release per MRP requirements and propose mitigation plan for any delay that may affect current dlv dates
- Update periodically the weekly and monthly Production Program
- Check the availability of documents and materials necessary for products' manufacturing
- Distribute the necessary documents to operations
- Follow the products during manufacturing
- In charge of exception messages on production orders
- Attend ODM and SFDM to highlight/escalate issues against KPI's set
- Communicate to the Sales Order Planner all the risks that appear and that can modify the confirmed delivery term for the client and establish together the new delivery term, and communicate this change to the customer service representative
- Participate to all production analyses that request information from the planning department
- Participate with all team to the weekly meeting for monthly program analyze.
Minimum Job Qualifications
Requirements:
Vocational School/High School graduate in Mechanical or Electrical profile;
Relevant work experience of at least 24 months;
Knowledge of measuring instruments;
Knowledge of technical drawing;
Knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel).
