Responsibilities
Prepares the documentation specific to the OSH & M Management System for the requests for offers, expected to be placed in Romania;
Performs hazard and risk analyzes according to Romanian legislative requirements (more detailed than the HRAs developed as part of the Cameron HSE Management System), for all activities carried out in the factory;
Coordinates the SSM & M failure analysis and verifies the effectiveness of the implemented corrective actions;
Coordinate fire prevention inspections within premises in accordance with all relevant provisions;
Develops, coordinates and provides materials and training programs in the field of Health, Safety at Work and the Environment, as well as fire prevention, as necessary;
Performs the initial training from the point of view of Health, Safety at Work and the Environment, as well as fire prevention for new employees, visitors and contractors;
Schedules and ensures the timely completion of H&M audits and inspections;
Provide support and/or carry out internal audits HSM & M;
Prepares monthly/quarterly reports (or as often as necessary) related to Health, Safety at Work and the Environment, and fire prevention;
It is ensured that the activities carried out in the factory are in accordance with all the updates of local and state legislative regulations on Health, Safety at Work and the Environment, as well as fire prevention.
Monitor the presentation of the contractors' activity on the factory territory from the point of view of compliance with the SSM & M Management System, provide the necessary specific training and conduct audits on their SSM & M Management System;
Coordinates investigations related to work incidents and accidents;
Monitors the implementation of corrective actions, as a result of the findings of audits and inspections and the communication of progress towards their closure;
Trains and coordinates the intervention team in case of emergency situations;
Participate in CSSM (Security and Health Committee) meetings;
Minimum Job Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Technical studies - University;
English speaker at least intermediate level;
Good communication skills;
Good knowledge of environmental legal requirements;
Good knowledge of legal requirements Safety;
Good knowledge of legal fire prevention requirements;
Good skills on the Microsoft Office package;
