Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Study and execute Production Schedule to meet delivery deadlines
  • Establish training and development plans for employees
  • Monitor and control all related KPI
  • Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations coordinating process requirements with different functions
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
  • Responsible for coaching, education, and necessary discipline of staff along with related documentation
  • Work and collaborate with Cross Functional team to achieve set goals
  • Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
  • Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford
  • Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level
  • Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job


Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical engineering or Similar technical degree
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Lead Role from a Manufacturing Industry


Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development
  • Proven analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP - preferably JDE
  • Good communication skills (oral and written). Ability to effectively interface and collaborate with internal and external customers to insure positive results.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge
  • QHSE/API Management systems Knowledge
