The EMAT Sales Manager will lead sales, business development and commercial strategies for EMAT inspection solutions of gas distribution pipelines and other small diameter EMAT applications. This position emphasizes the commercial expertise and specialization of EMAT technology as it applies to the gas distribution market. The EMAT Business Development Manager shall develop, maintain, and advance business relationships through strategic sales resulting in new profitable contracts and added value for our clients.

As the EMAT Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading sales strategies on assigned accounts/opportunities to increase sales of EMAT inspection solutions.
  • Developing and implementing sales, business development and commercial strategies for EMAT inspection of gas distribution pipelines to ensure consistent delivery of best-in-class inspection services tailored for this specialized market.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement of integrated solutions using knowledge of industry challenges and facilitate the implementation and delivery of these solutions.
  • Elevating industry visibility at events and conferences to showcase Quest Integrity's distinct EMAT capabilities and capacity within this space.
  • Delivering outstanding presentations to capture new and existing profitable business opportunities while articulating discrete services and combine solution value propositions.
  • Generating commercial and technical quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinating commercial activities with early engagement teams in engineering, operations, contracts, while initiating and maintaining Master Service Agreement through collaboration with contract teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement of integrated solutions using knowledge of industry challenges and facilitate the implementation and delivery of these solutions.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have 7+ years sales or business development experience with preferred technical/functional knowledge in the following areas: pipeline integrity/reliability programs, EMAT inspection solutions, general In-line Inspection (ILI) technologies and methodologies, crack management, and remaining life assessments.
  • Demonstrate professional commercial management skills at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrate experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale sales initiatives/opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements to provide discrete service packages and full solutions.
  • Have professional sales knowledge and Oil & Gas industry acumen.
  • Ability to travel 30%-50% of the time.
