With general autonomy, this level is a senior technical sales advisor above the technical sales advisor up to, but not including chief engineer or discipline chief. This level is a recognized industry expert in soft rock completions having published papers and made presentations at national meetings. An assigned client base is maintained with revenue targets and profit goals. The highest level of technical expertise is provided for the total completion process in unconsolidated formations exhibiting complex and risky reservoir situations. The profitability of Halliburton and the assigned client base is maximized through technology, field studies, cross-PSL (Product Service Line) applications, integrated solutions, SIGMA, reservoir simulations, and superior sales abilities. Advanced and multiple design models are used to optimize the completion process and a full understanding of the total completion is used to sell the total range of Halliburton completion services. Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, coordinating and selling solutions to an assigned client base. Decisions and recommendations are recognized as authoritative and have a far reaching impact on engineering, sales, and related company activities. May perform advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority in soft rock completions. This individual is also recognized by a large contingent of the local industry community as an expert. At this level, the individual generally will have developed inventions or new designs, processes, or techniques, which greatly contribute to the company and client success. Job role contributes directly to value creation. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering required. Minimum of 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas Sector which includes experience in Sales, Engineering, Operations, Account Management and management experience. Possession of a Professional Engineer preferred or equivalent experience license.
