As the OFS- On-Demand Solutions - OIC Leader you will own and develop the Global growth strategy across the ODS three main buckets: Direct sales, channels business and Alternative Business Models. You will collaborate with relevant OFS stakeholders to ensure our objectives are met in full compliance with a proper execution pace.

As OFS - On-Demand Solutions - OIC Leader, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Own , develop and continue to grow AQUENESS portfolio and offerings
  • Owning and developing the Global strategy for OIC#ODS that addresses "Direct sales + Channels + Alternative Business Models" and align with the relevant OFS Stakeholders during planning and execution
  • Developing a sustainable & scalable pipeline to positively impact short-term execution and long-term strategic growth objectives that is Margins and cash accretive to ODS and OFS
  • Understand, develop and pursue Alternative Business Models "ABM" that may include "Master Service agreements, Technical service agreements, Alternative funding, Franchising, Licensing, Manufacturing partnerships ....etc that can support Regional localization Agendas and enhance business productivity
  • Accountable and responsible to plan , monitor S&OP activities related to OIC ODS scope and ensure visibility is in place across all relevant layers
  • Develop margins accretive pathways that include clear upsell and strong pricing pathways.

To be successful in this role you need to demonstrate the followings:

 

 

 

  • Have significant Oil & Gas experience with proven experience in OIC. 12+ years.
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business / Science / Engineering.
  • Have relevant experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and/or Commercial roles. 5+ years.
  • Have an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow
  • English language "excellent oral and writing"
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, selling and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead programs, projects and/or campaigns in a complex matrix environment.
  • Proven records of success in Sr sales roles and ability to effectively lead & manage sales force
  • Proper understanding of commercial & compliance Risks mitigations and coverage.
